Placing Order & Price

How do I place an order if I have problems doing it online?

Download our manual Order Form , fill it in and then fax it to (60)3-2026 2823 or email to order@pureseed.com.my. (click here to download the form here)

Once we receive your Order Form, we will call or email you to verify the order details. If you do not receive our call or email within 1 hour after faxing or emailing the Order Form, please call us at (60)03-2026 2328 or email info@pureseed.com.my

How do I know if my order has been received?

If you make your payment via our Online Payment system, you will receive an acknowledgement email from iPay88 to confirm that your payment has successfully been received and the order is processed.

If you pay via Direct Bank In or Cheque, we will contact you to confirm your order upon receipt of payment that is verified by our bank.

Is the price inclusive of delivery charges?

Delivery to certain areas are waived of charges, and a minimal delivery charge is imposed for others. Please refer to the Delivery Area chart above for specific charges, if any.

Is the price shown on your website also applicable during festive seasons? (e.g Valentine's Day)

We always strive to keep our prices low and affordable for our customers. Unfortunately, our cost is higher during festive seasons (especially Valentine’s Day) due to the shortage of fresh flowers supply (especially Roses). Hence, some of our prices will be revised.

We believe in transparency, hence the price shown plus the relevant delivery charge, if any, is the amount payable.

Delivery

What is your delivery policy?

Same Day Delivery
– For orders received before 1:00 PM (Monday – Friday) (Malaysian time – GMT+8.00), delivery is within the same day.

– For orders received after 1:00 PM (Monday – Friday) (Malaysian time – GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery, otherwise it will be made the next day.

Weekend & Public Holiday Delivery
– Our operation hours for Saturdays is 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM and we are closed on Sunday. Hence, orders received on Saturdays, after 1.00pm, or on Sundays, will be made the following Monday.

– We do accomodate special deliveries on Sundays or Malaysian Public Holidays. Please contact us directly at info@pureseed.com.my or +(603) 2026 2328 to make special arrangements. Otherwise, the delivery will be made on the next working day.

Delivery Area
Our Delivery Area encompasses almost all of the areas within Klang Valley (please note that some of the areas will required additional delivery charges) including Petaling Jaya, Subang, Klang, Shah Alam, etc. Please refer to Delivery Area chart below for delivery availability and applicable charges, if any.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to logistic issue, we DO NOT offer regional delivery to other states at this moment.

Delivery During Peak Season
During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year, kindly place your order THREE (3) days in advance.

Due to the unusually higher demand during Peak/Festive seasons, we will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date .

Delivery Practice
All orders will be delivered to the Recipient’s address submitted by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. Our delivery team will try their best to hand over the flowers/gifts to the named Recipient directly at the time of delivery.

What is your substitution policy?

Substitution Policy
Alternative materials may be used to ensure timely delivery. If so required, PURE SEED will substitute material(s) with equal of greater value, while maintaining the quality and aesthetics of the final product.

Where do you deliver to?

Our delivery service is available in almost all the areas within Klang Valley (Please note that some of the areas will required additional delivery charges).

What are the payment options?

Currently, we provide 3 payment options for your convenience:-

1. Online payment via iPay88’s Secure Payment Gateway (http://www.ipay88.com) and paypal (https://www.paypal.com/my/webapps/mpp/home). Both well-known and highly secured payment gateway accept major credit card (Visa, Master & Amex) as well as Malaysian e-banking facilities. For more details, please go to our Payment Method page.

How secure is your online payment system?

Online payments are processed via either (depend on what you choose during checkout)

Malaysia’s well-known payment gateway – iPay88
iPay88 is PCI Data Security Compliant, ensuring a high level of security measure. This includes data encryption which is used to ensure that your credit card information is safe and secure. It uses a 128 Bit SSL encryption.

Paypay
PayPal is highly secure, they use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal site using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us immediately upon receiving the order as most of our products are perishable. We will either provide a free replacement or refund the money equivalent to your order. There will be a processing charge of 5% of the purchase price for any refund given by PURE SEED Florist & Gift. Hence, the refund amount will be the purchase price less 5%. Please note depend on the bank, it will take up to 14 working days before the bank credit back to your account.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The refund will be given at the discretion of Pure Seed Florist & Gift.

Where exactly is your shop located?

Is it safe to log in with my Facebook login details on PURE SEED’s website?

We are using Facebook’s plugin to enable the “Facebook Sign In” feature allowing you to use your existing Facebook username and password to log into our website. The “Facebook Sign In” does not record your password. Instead, you will be redirected to the Facebook page for authentication and will only use your Facebook email address as your primary login email. Furthermore, there will be NO postings made on your Facebook wall by PURE SEED.
